The typical home sold for $1,340,000, closed at 103.5% of its asking price, and went under contract in a median of just 13 days, while supply sat at 2.67 months. The median sold price was up 14.6% from a year ago.

Sellers are asking more on fresh inventory, with new listings carrying a median of $1,398,500 against that $1,340,000 median sold. Estimated values have softened slightly.
